Well, Fred Parkinson I won't deny whatever your experiences have been but mine have obviously been quite different. I ran my own firm for 29 years and then have done locum work for another 12. My experience is very much of the caring profession. Although there are some solicitors who sadly chose the wrong job, for the majority in the high street it is perhaps our willingness to care for people we don't like that marks us out as professionals.
