I am most grateful. My submissions are that Jackson reforms are applied so rigidly that it cause to injustice to truthful and victim party because it behaved slowly and wasnt able to prepare bundle and lodge transcript benefiting the historic defaulter party who has been wilfully disregarding and disobeying court directions and orders. For confirmation see QB/2013/0164 a case where injustice was done in the name of application of Jackson reforms. I can address on this.
