I had a pre-med of £150k once. Settled at £425k.

I've also had numerous pre-meds at £1,500 of which some were good deals for my clients where they had fully recovered and quickly.

Biggest problem - with the costs regime as it is, can anyone spend the time to actually get medical evidence, review it properly and accurately assess quantum? I suspect many of us do but the temptation is not to.
