just read the telegraph where the High Court Judge dismissed a whiplash claim and said "This is yet a further example of the national phenomenon of false whiplash claims being made and it is in an attempt to stem the tide that I do not shrink from making firm adverse findings against these claimants."

We should not be in denial. Factory firms pumping out these claims should not be defended. They employ non-solicitors to process these claims and are damaging our reputation
