How dare you question my decision to reduce legal costs and access to justice!!!!!!!!!

When I was told by the insurers to lower solicitors fees, and make certain disbursements non-recoverable, I did so. I know that the insurers shafted me by reneging on their promise to cover flood damage to residents in the UK, but they assured me that they will reconsider their position in 2050. If the insurers tell me jump, I always ask them how high.

I have increased court fees not to slap solicitors in the face by saying that court fees outstrip your costs, but how else am I going to be able to make access to justice so expensive that people do not bother claiming? I shall do my best though, and await further instructions from the insurance companies.

As for those challenging my decision in the courts - how on earth are you going to overrule an already rubber stamped decision? It's not fair!!!

If you have any complaints - don't bother, as I am not listening.

Yours sincerely,
