Yes I was there 30 years ago when Blyth County Court was in a house with the Registrar upstairs and reception was in the front living room down stairs. I was in another court which was in the old waiting room of a train station. With LIPs this is a difficult if not dangerous situation. Without solicitors to negotiate, advise and calm the clients the District Judges will find out what we do the hardway.
