You couldn't make it up
The surveyor values a 390K property at 725K but seeks to apportion the blame elsewhere ( and yes "blame someone else" always lands at the door of the solicitor which our supine courts are always willing to sanction)
The surveyor refers to his mistake. Sounds more like three words, rhymes with monumental mock up. But hey ho. Has anyone got his/her details as I am thinking of putting my house on the market anytime soon
