I am a qualified lawyer
I was made redundant from a high street practice some five years ago. Seeing a gap in the market after legal aid was virtually abolished for family law, I set up my own McKenzie Friend practice. I do not make anything like £50-100k pa but I love equating do and offer a quality professional service. I am 54 years old so returning to practice would seem pretty impossible as firms can take a youngster straight out of law school and pay them peanuts. They can't do that with me as i am 30 years qualified! So everyone posting derogatory comments on here please remember we are not all the same!
