The business model was fundamentally flawed as it focused upon those with no money or legal aid. They employed the wrong people in the wrong positions at the top, many of whom had no real experience outside their own fields. You cannot run a law firm like this and CLS is no different.

The sales tactics being used by their funeral arm continue to be extremely hard (having had first hand experience of them only this week).

Only the Co-op could take the potential their client base offered and turn it into this mess.
