Can someone please explain to me how an insurance company can tell whether or not a claim is fraudulent?Do the claimants hold their hands up and say "Its a fair cop guv!" or do the claimants solicitors disclose their medical report admitting that the claimant is a con man?Seriously "Where is the evidence?"I have been acting for claimants for over 30 years and on a handful of occasions have I acted for a client who was found to be exaggerating his injuries by surveillance evidence,Frankly I do not believe any stats produced by insurers particularly when they are never backed by any evidence,Instead we are told that the evidence is commercially sensitive!Yeah right we all know what that means unless we are completely naive!!!!
