further to the above - I have just taken a call from an outfit called RTA - no idea who they are - would not tell me, would not tell me who gave them my details - conversation went something like...

"Hello - just want to know if following your accident you have suffered any aches or pains"

"Sorry who are you - where did you get my details from and why are you calling me"

"We are independent road traffic company asked to look after you and we just want to know whether following your accident you have suffered any aches or pains"

Really? Frankly I am disgusted. It was a .low speed rear end impact where nobody suffered injuries. Who is driving this nonsense? All I want is to get my car back on the road - this seems to be the least important thing on the agenda for somebody.
