Judges, man (or woman) up and refuse to hold hearings. Let's see what the government does about that.
You can't blame the LIP. In any case, let's remember what Lord Woolf said: "Only too often the litigant in person is regarded as a problem for judges and for the court system … The true problem is the court system and its procedures which are still too often inaccessible and incomprehensible for ordinary people.”
For whose benefit are the courts? The legal profession or people with legal problems?
