I made a contribution that the LiPs are not necessarily the problem but judges and lawyers who are no longer bound by ethical rules.

I never agree with the concept of Legal Aid currently especially in civil cases. I believe the current system is grossly open to corrupt and fast practices.

A better system would be in the form of benefits. Then whoever with benefits can pick private lawyers and use the money as benefits to pay.
