This expensive resource is now having their time and competence tried by LIP's. I say competence for many are unable to deal with Jo public. The lack of legal assistance is becoming a scandal and this expensive resource will need expanding to cope with the time involved. Maybe then they will lobby the government that their present policies are not proving cost effective! That LIP 's cannot be expected to do all the work a competent solicitor would do and they will have to fill the gap or abandon their oath to do Justice. I fear a lot of them will instead do Injustice instead!
