David you are talking complete nonsense. Read the article again...what it is implying is that these cuts are not going to produce any savings and may even end up costing more not only in financial terms but in loss of meritorious cases not being dealt with properly. It's a false economy and attitudes such as yours are a beacon to a dinosaur age and the sooner they become extinct the better.
