David and Bruce, I'm am going to go out on a limb here and guess neither of you actually work in the legal aid system in any capacity. As we lawyers say, you are "hoisted by your own petard". The fact you have both made lengthy comments lacking in understanding of what's going on demonstrates that litigants in person acting for themselves in this system will raise illogical, lengthy argument without true understanding of what's going on. Thereby causing unnecessary argument leading to delay and cost.
