No, no she's not... and that's defamation.

We still have a great jury system here - better lawyers or not, jurors generally aren't daft, they're not corrupt, and there's no bias. They're largely protected from that.

I'm glad the jury followed the courage of their convictions, and the little I've heard of the presiding Judge sounds as though he was spot on too.

A good day for justice I feel. I have no time for anyone making glib comments about guilt when they haven't been privy to the evidence, save for the tit bits fed by the media.

Has anyone ever been involved in a case and had themselves or clients completely misquoted? I have. Twice. I don't trust the media. I do trust British Judges, the British Justice system, and the jurirs who heard 8 months of painstaking evidence.
