I believe that solicitors should stop fighting the battle for access to justice and leave the system to "right itself"
In the meantime we should discourage pro bono work since it merely delays the inevitable
Once the situation crashes someone will think of using qualified solicitors and there will not be enough people in the profession, so then it will be necessary to train and recruit new solicitors who will be bred in the image desired.
Would the first McK friend who prefers ANON as his/her name please take some spelling lessons - sense not sence.
