Much comment about the funeral of Solicitors as a Legal Profession. Fact is that the number of entrants to the Profession currently exceeds the positions vacant. The advent of ABS's will enable the venture capitalists to exploit the position to their advantage.The prospect of partnership or other form of ownership will only be available to the chosen privileged few organ grinders who will dictate the terms for the many to serve them.
