My first comment was in response to the legislation, not your posting and frankly I am exasperated at the constant attack on,and erosion, of justice.
At least my comment is easy to understand, unlike the ruling in Mitchel which all the rest of us lawyers and judges apparently misunderstood and now the Supreme Court has thrown a further spanner in the works concerning the recoverability of success fees and ATE. enough is enough.
