Are you all for real? You are in a different world! There are many woman partners in the more less financially attractive stable legal aid /High street practice. No one asks them what the issues are - but sex discrimination would probably not be one of them but the other issues would be the same but perhaps more pressure or a different type of pressure. Women lawyers do not need so much inspiration as such there is plenty of it - public funding reform and sensible support for minorities women etc from the SRA and Law Society is what is required. It is like you are always reporting on the Legal Royalty whilst ignoring the humble poorer subjects. Same old same old as regards city firms and glass ceilings - some women should realise this is what the law has been like and will probably be like in years to come it may get worse or better - but thats the way the cookie crumbles - as they say in the real world, some women do not want to wear high heel some like comfort footwear can they not break ceilings in that? And seriously women being 'you are a partner stuff' ever heard of Queen Bee syndrome and everything in between , politics of one sort or another -as I said crumbling cookie!

Oh I am a Woman - maybe a bit too real.
