All that really matters is not being excluded from opportunities merely because you are female and getting the same level of pay as a male equivalent to you...I don't see that wearing heels and coming across a vamp of the century should be relevant - any more than it is relevant for a male success story in the legal profession to attribute that success to a snapper designer suit. If a lawyer is good they deserve to be paid accordingly regardless of gender or attire.....
