Further to my above comment
The case I refer to was a split case
We appealed out of time in the High Court of Appeal on first half of Child Care litigation
This was turned down, the split case was joined, under the name of child as I have stated Childs Birth registered Christian Name, Fathers Surname, Mothers Surname, with no further appeal of this name
The local authority involved Split the Case using second half judgement only, Changed the name back to birth registered
for adoption, Quoting Children Act 1989 33 3a b plus 7a
that this law gave them legal right to have child adopted
