Why don't the MDU stop constantly bleating about this, remove both planks from their eyes and simply accept that if their members keep making mistakes they need to compensate the injured patients.

Also, if they quickly looked to settle claims instead of their seemingly usual procrastination they could save their organisation a lot of money.

Either they better educate their members against making such mistakes or the members subscriptions increase. Why is that so difficult for them to grasp?

Their problem arises from their members behaviour and not the patients they harm.

Stop blaming the patients.
