I am sure that is what has happened, My Lord. But at least my vendors will not be returning to that lot ever again.

But it is very sunny here and I am now well installed in the apartment and from my new lounge can see across Liverpool Bay to the Lancashire coast and all the way around to Snowdonia. Does life get any better?
