Sir James always makes a good point for discussion and does so again here.

It always splits, into two arguments: costs/fees and legal qualifications. I'm left wondering how many parents are legally qualified to have children and how many couples were married by lawyers.

Absolutely Family Courts in the UK are an International disgrace. They were made that way by the current 'professionals' and those who support the abuse of children using 'the law'.

It needs to be changed, it will be changed - get on with it.
