Why don't the firms involved sue the clients? As I understand it, this is a possibility under the terms of their CFA (although the High Court Judgment is not clear on the point).

A law firm scrabbling for more money is not going to get sympathy from anyone; a large number of clien... sorry, customers, who find themselves on the wrong end of a CCJ because the insurance company didn't explain to them that the deal did not include costs. Well that would be a PPI-esque scandal and would acheive results much more quickly.

Well that's my two penneth worth anyway.
