Margaret Hodge suggests that MoJ civil servants are inhibiting, rather than facilitating, access to justice. This may be the case, but her own posturing as a moral crusader must be called into question in light of a submission sent to the PAC in July 2013 which alleged fraud and misconduct by a regulator operating under the aegis of DCMS. No action was taken. Curiously enough, the name of one of those originally involved in the failure to investigate this matter was Heritage Minister Margaret Hodge MP. I wonder if they are by any chance related.
