Surely its obvious that this sort of thing damages us as a profession. Its hard to become a solicitor and even harder to make a success of it and then to find some oiks in a call centre and some so called paralegals in some sardine packed open plan office playing at being lawyers with their funny whiplash claims is very galling. The sooner the government which is wise to their antics puts them out of business the better
