This almost makes the Glazer's acquisition of Manchester United like a good deal. A business loaded up with debt, no longer owns its bricks and mortar and now has to pay rent. If there is an oversupply of lawyers as some clever people seem to believe the future may not be so bright for this particular institution. It will be interesting to see future fee increases and staff:student ratios.
