It seems the general rule that we ought not to take advantage of a mistake by our opponents doesn't apply here then. This DJ merely dodged the problem which was that of deciding between the genuine mistake and the change of mind. Judges seem less and less willing to make actual judgments nowadays. What is it? Some kind of moral cowardice, hiding behind the rules so it is never their own decision? Bah! Humbug!
