I am not sure of the relevance of this information to the majority of solicitors. As a regular high street firm/sole practitioner and to quote one our favorite past sitcoms "...am i bovered?" unless Dentons or the China M&A market is going to filter into the backstreets of the West Midlands, or any other town outside EC1; umm... don't hold your breath.

Perhaps the Gazette - and for that matter the LS and SRA can provide useful reports for the remaining qualified practitioners still out there as to where or when or whether the public is still interested in the provision of legal services other than from non-solicitors or those whom only see people on the train home. Besides I don't suppose the partners of Dentons (or China) have had the time to read the article before the corks popped and have better things to do!
