Still not willing to fight the proposals on the basis that the winners of duty contracts will be those who have made extensive use of non-compliant duty solicitors and by so doing not only repeatedly breached their contract terms but have been making misrepresentations for gain which the last time I looked is the definition of criminal fraud.
Why are our representative bodies refusing to go on the offensive against partners committing repeated fraud against the public purse.
A named duty solicitor makes the above allegation against our representative bodies, many of our large firms and the MOJ, yet nothing happens.
