Well done LS and make sure this is followed through. This sort of thing really is what our professional body should be doing and I full support paying whatever is necessary to bring this matter to the public attention.

This policy is an outrage. It is a tax on justice and and attempt to prevent access to justice to anyone but the super wealthy. It is a short sighted policy that will back fire - how many debts or genuine claims will just be written off, resulting in lower corporation tax, more insolvencies and generally less money in the economy.

It is self defeating nonsense thought up by politicians who have no idea of how business really works. It is a crude attempt to reduce the workflow of the courts and prevent the ordinary person exercising their rights. Chris Grayling, what a buffoon.

I am a tory voter and have been in all but 2 elections in the last 30 years. But not now. I live in a marginal seat and shall vote for whoever is most likely to cause the most harm to the current MP. This policy needs as much publicity as it can possibly get - if they think their jobs are at stake then they may just think again but then they are probably too stupid to smell the coffee.
