Dear anonymous at 12:31, the whole point about opposition to QS was that QS was BS. The concept was founded on a lie and on nonsense and made no sense. Those people suckered into QS could have done much more themselves for a lot less.
The reason that there are more corner shops than supermarkets is because the market decides. The reason High Street firms still exist and will continue so to do is because the market decides.
There's too much biz speak directed towards the provision of legal services and not enough recognition of what legal services actually means to people. This is why the Susskinds of this world are also selling a form of snake oil when they take about IT and the brave new world that awaits us all.
