It's all a race to the bottom. Next week we have the start of MedCo which means that Solicitors will no longer be acting in their Client's best interests in the selection of medical experts.

Last week I was criticised by a District Judge for taking out an application for summary judgment. He said the application was a waste of time because in the time the Court had taken to list it significant progress could otherwise have been made in the case. The application was successful but he gave no order as to costs on the application. An example of the Kangaroo Court system we now have to work with.
