Ian, using your head on May 7th is none too easy when Labour virtually demolished Legal Aid, and started the ball rolling - the one the Tories are now kicking along the pitch
The fact is for the last 30 years the media have led both by the nose and the legal profession and the court system have been easy pickings. What would you do if the insatiable demand for money by NHS means votes for you if you satisfy it, whereas no-one minds if you demolish the lawyers and the court system? The peasants must not have too many rights pointed out to them,. They might just stand in the way of your progress towards full integration into Europe and its legal system.
