Defendant perchance? It is a small percentage of claims that are fraudulent. Mind you, most of the frauds appear to be perpetrated by CMCs and those working for them.

Ban CMCs full stop, and anyone who owns, runs or has shares in a cold calling company should be strung up from the nearest lamp post.

But let's not forget the poor insurers and banks. After all, respectively they've lost their referral fee income and can no longer charge people for worthless PPI.
