Goes live yesterday - doesn't work at all yesterday.... or today.

Sadly typical of the new reforms - every single time we're forced to use some new system, something crashes. It's simply unacceptable, and I'm waiting to see an apology,

I registered some time ago, and I have had absolutely nothing, no email, no acknowledgment - nothing. I try accessing the page, nothing. I try logging in - I'm not even registered. Pathetic. Yet we make one slip or error, and it's our career.

Not being available the day after a system goes live nationally is beyond poor.
