Why all the fuss? Many of the Judiciary are I am afraid, implacably opposed to the prosecution of Justice against malefactors. In my experience Court staff deeply enjoy people who don't want to pay their bills being made to pay. It is only in the ranks of our elevated peers that we lawyers are so despised and belittled. Ordinary people have respect for what we do.
