Yes, Anon 8.52, I fear so. Just look at White v. Jones [1995] 2 AC HL, all the way to the HofL over a mere £8,000 just because the insurers wanted to establish some principles??? Looks more like an attempt to wear the claimants down if you ask me. Even I could have told you that if you fail to attend promptly on a sick man to prepare and execute his will, but choose to go on holiday instead, you're asking for trouble if he dies in the meantime.

When I trained in Eastbourne in the 1970's we always had to get a draft will out on the day the instructions were received. Mind you the average age of the will making population was about 100 years so you can understand why.
