The separation of powers is what underpins our civilisation. It was not lawyers that imposed this. Only one part of the Legislature, Judiciary or Executive see their views as supreme and that is the executive. When they openly and brazenly attack the Judiciary and the legal profession for enforcing balance in our "civilisation" we are in a dystopian age. What do tyrants do first? Are you seriously suggesting we are traitors now? Really? It's our children that are maimed and killed in your wars.
