I run Law League who host LawNet's client feedback survey. We have over 2/3m responses on our database from law firm clients and the truth is that price in not the deciding factor, recommendation is key. Please be assured that this is data collected by a third party (us) from law firm clients at the end of a transaction and then analysed, not a random poll .
