Thus perpetuating a lovely outdated stereotype of the lazy lawyer.

Maybe lawyers don't like it because, as well as extra work, it is also unenforceable, highly speculative and crystal ball-gazing.

This man is not only ill-informed but Mr Crawford (again) has it spot on above. LJJ is conceited, simply seeking to leave his legacy regardless.
