I couldn't agree more with the previous commentator.

When Mr Jackson was in practice, I understand his Brief fees were, let's say not insubstantial.

It's very easy to criticize those trying to earn a crust in much harder times, by suggesting that everything is just too expensive, when we all know that those who are making the criticisms have earned oodles more than most of us could ever dream of.

I get slightly tired of being told that litigation is far too expensive - particularly those at the MOJ when in one fell swoop, court fees have been increased by 600%, and our fees, in smaller matters, reduced to around 20% of what we were used to.

People aren't making the noises they were, because they're tired, broke and hoarse from all the shouting that has been continually ignored.
