In reality we are talking about traditional high street firms running on empty and employing young solicitors and paralegals at next to nothing with no career prospects. These are the people that you are expecting to work pro bono because the baby boomers did well 20/30 years ago. Nice one.

It is access to justice that will suffer as a result but no-one really cares about that in this day and age as long as they only get to pay £240 for their conveyancing so small potatoes.
