I think that this exchange just goes to show that my suggestion above that pupil barristers, and trainee solicitors for that matter, perhaps after one year's training, act as counsel to the tribunal in cases where otherwise LIPs are appearing alone or with an MKF. In this way MKFs would cease to be needed and become redundant and something resembling normal service might be resumed.

Well it might at least be worth a try, it would enable trainees to get some hands on experience and might mean we hear the last from this man and his various businesses.
