Firstly congratulations on building a profitable business.

Secondly, yes, you've hit the point exactly. Those who have spent time and money to get a qualification, as was required, are furious that they are now told it is utterly unnecessary, and in fact it is a hindrance because of the overheads required. The same has happened to black cab drivers, and in fact is what happened to the miners.

Thirdly, the fury is ill directed at you. You have simply seen a business opportunity, and used it. The anger should be directed at the Law Society and the "regulators", who haven't allowed the profession to use the opportunity, whilst taxing the profession and paying themselves nice big salaries.
