Quite correct, Jackson, although I believe the current buzz word for sacked, made redundant, or whatever is "let go" as if doing a sort of favour. Mind you the principals of some of these ailing practices might think Metamorphose is if it is to relieve them from paying run-off cover premiums, but will it? Some practices now2 are worth less than the cost of run-off cover so that their principals cannot even walk away with impunity, or should that be immunity.
