And Thorin is right too. Call centres it will be, chimps with headsets and no knowledge of clients or individual files. Drinking birds chomping on a boneless banquet whilst listening to Katy Perry on repeat! Nowt wrong with that other than it does not belong in a law firm of course. This shower of giblets ( and I don't mean your beetle outfit GY-the profession generally)that the profession is becoming is the net result of the legal services act and we know which brace of barristers we can thank for that innovation. The type of lawyers of course who have burger all experience of the commercial realities of running a practice because they did a few short years in chambers being spoonfed by a clerk before realising legal practice was too much like hard work and jumped on the Westminster gravy train.
